Located in the heart of the French Antilles, 250 km north of Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin is famous for its beaches, its diversity and its » joie de vivre« : this little paradise welcomes you for an unforgettable cultural and sporting experience.
The main characteristic of the island of Saint-Martin is that it is shared between two sovereign countries. Therefore this split island has Marigot as its capital for the French part (North) and Philipsburg for the « Sint Maarten » Dutch part (South).
The French part is the wildest and has managed to keep the charm of a tropical place life where travelers can find the atmosphere associated with the Caribbean islands. This part is considered to have the more beautiful beaches.
As for the Dutch part, it is more touristy and cosmopolitan, asserting its modernity for its North American clientele. It is known to be festive, with many clubs and casinos.
The mix of these two European influences, associated with the Caribbean tradition, allowed a culture of tolerance and hospitality unique in the world to develop.
This island of 75,000 souls offers a wide variety of activities. Being for a sports team-building stay or for a seminar more focused on discovery and nature, all your desires can be fulfilled in Saint Martin.
The island is home to superb lagoons, white sandy beaches and high hills. There you will discover the local cuisine in the « Lolos » in Grand-Case, the market in Marigot, the panorama of Pic Paradis, and jet ski around the island. THE OPTIONS OF YOUR SEMINAR IN SAINT-MARTIN
Snorkeling – Diving – Hiking / Sightseeing – Sailboat. A true natural jewel that extends over half of the French coastal and maritime territory of Saint-Martin, this natural reserve is home to one of the most diverse marine and terrestrial biodiversity in the Caribbean: mangroves, ponds, coral reefs, sandy beaches, mountains and herbaria participate in the creation of a rich environment to observe and discover. Many marine mammals such as bottlenose dolphins, humpback whales, leatherback turtles, or rays frequent the waters of this reserve. There are also more than 90 species of birds. Motor boat or sailboat tours can be organized to Tintammare and Pinel Islands. Snorkeling, diving or hiking observation activities are also available from the coast.
We offer you an exceptional day aboard a sailboat or a motor boat to the mythical island of Saint-Barthelemy. Visiting St-Barth in a single day is quite possible as the island is only 25 km². From beaches to beaches you will discover the charm of its coasts and its wonderful panoramas. Enjoy the capital Gustavia, you can stroll through the streets and enjoy its many shops, cafes or restaurants.
Discover a very different island from Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, which will surprise you with its postcard landscapes and pristine beaches. With many coves and beaches being difficult to access by road, Anguilla allows you to enjoy the calm that reigns there, so difficult to find on other islands. Towards the north of the island you will not miss Anguilla’s most famous beach, « Shoal Bay », with its white sand on a turquoise water bottom or to the west the rock formation « a Anguilla Arch ». This exceptional day can be done aboard a sailboat or a motor boat.
The village of Marigot owes its name to the many marshes, the backwaters, that were once found on this site. Strolling through the streets of the city center, you will have the pleasure of admiring the old Creole huts which have been restored and which now house many luxury shops. The island is known for its « free tax », so take the opportunity to do some shopping! Don’t forget to visit Fort Louis. Built in 1789, it overlooks Marigot Bay, facing Anguilla. Fancy some bright colours and a local atmosphere? Take a walk to the Marigot market! It is the largest open air market in the Caribbean. Also worth visiting in Marigot: the Catholic Church, built on the road to Fort Saint Louis, the tomb of François-Auguste Perrinon, the Durat bridge and the rue de la République
Browse Front Street and Back Street, the two main streets of Philipsburg, to take advantage of the many tax-free products they offer. Front Street (or Great Bay Voorstraat) is lined with bars and casinos. You can also visit The Courthouse which is located in the same street. It is one of the major historical monuments in the Dutch part of Sint Maarten. Another must-see in Philipsburg is the Sint-Maarten Museum, which displays artefacts from the Arawak people and where you can learn about the island’s history. Also worth visiting in Philipsburg: the ruins of Fort Amsterdam and Fort Willem, which offer a superb view.
Definitely the best way to visit Saint-Martin! On board a jet-ski, you will set off on an adventure to the most beautiful beaches and landscapes of the island. The first visit we recommend is from Marigot to visit the north of the island where you will go to Anse Marcel located at the extreme northern tip. After a little rest on the beaches of Petites Cayes, you will go back down to Grand Case, for a lunch break in one of the best « Lolos » on the French side. The second trip we recommend is the visit to the south of the island via Terre Basse to reach the Dutch side. This slightly more sporty journey will reward you with breathtaking landscapes and beaches. A lunch in a traditional restaurant called « Lolo » in Sint-Maarten is recommended.
On board the vehicle of your choice, discover the most popular but also the most secret places of Saint-Martin and Sant-Maarten. Your guide will make you discover the hidden treasures of the island, the beaches and the viewing points only known by the locals: you will spend half a day or a full day enjoying a secret and sometimes forgotten world but also unmissable places from the island
With your paddle, enjoy a team race that pushes group thinking and tactics beyond mere individual physical values. In order to push this team strategy and surpassing oneself, the more athletic will be handicapped by various penalties and the less athletic will benefit from various responsibilities.
These are not your usual beach Olympics where only the sportiest have fun. These are simple, wacky games that make the whole team work together while having fun. Our Olympic Games consist of a series of 8 to 12 easy and fun challenges, ranging from the water balloon throw to the Squirt gun competition or the hula hoop race. Some games will require the whole team to work in unison, while other activities will require strategies, problem solving, or discovering each other’s hidden talents.
